Internet speed at Monash

Lets do a speedtest on the Monash University Sunway Campus line..

Hmmm..
Malaysian Server

Overseas server? Too embarrassing to post up the speeds here.

Pretty decent speed for Malaysian standards. However the internet speed would be capped back to a resonable 384Kbps once the data usage exceeds 50MB. Good to prevent downloaders like me from abusing the line.  HA HA HA.

    n yeah, see how good is windows server!! promote high speed first.. then capped it. lols..

    hope tat tat “credit” is unlimited throughout the whole course…kakaka…

    nono i mean for the internet system.. not the login system.. could be different server wad..

    erm.. true oso.. they might juz throttle each login session.. if they throttle with username then surely is using windows server with ISA server.

    if they only possible to throttle with session.. then might be hardware firewall lor.

    so must abuse!!! our mission is spoil the hardware firewall (quite impossible) !!! but diden try diden know rite?

    hmm, liddat, think bak hor.. sunway must be using ISA server to block liao lor..
